What I meant is when the emotion gets serious, they start singing and my attention drops.
In the title I said it"s dark and contradicting. Anna and Elisa has a past that almost lead to their demise. And when you say you have to do the right thing, you do it anyways but you contradict yourself and do something else instead. That"s called bad writing.
Frozen 2 is okay, you can look at it as good or look at it as terrible. For a matter of perspective it"s okay. Just don"t contradict yourself when you say you know when to do the right thing. That"s a lesson of writing.

This movie makes the mistake of choosing a cliche theme which is typical of Disney movie. I"m a sucker for Disney movies and this one did not stick. Elsa"s character did not develop while Anna"s developed too rapidly. In comparison to the first the music is worse and there is no epic euphoric ballads like "Let it Go. Additionally this movie tries to appeal to teens and children leaving it in a weird spot for plot. I just wish they fully committed to the darker side to spice things up. Overall, I consider this movie to be better than average do to the stunning visuals and strong (yet cliche) theme. 6= better than avg. for me. Overall this movie is a masterpiece of animation coupled with a superb soundtrack. The plot on the other hand is a little lack luster, it try to present more mature themes while also keeping humor fit for kids which allows some of the older audiences to still become interested while the young audience can still get a good laugh. I enjoyed this movie a lot with excellent songs and some nice background into the history of Arendelle. I recommend to anyone who has seen the first movie to go out and see Frozen 2 as overall it is overall an excellent sequel not something that is seen often.
